About Township

Founded in San Francisco, California in 1976 by John N. Gill, Township抯 current President & CEO began modestly as a hard-working cleaning company targeting business from Northern California抯 growing economy. Almost three decades later the company, offers a full-service platform of integrated services to provide a client-focused and comprehensive resource.

Today, in addition to commercial janitorial services, Township has developed a suite of services that include stationary engineering services, lighting services, landscaping maintenance services, facility supply procurement, parking lot sweeping and hi-rise window cleaning services to name a few. We provide these services to numerous size customers from 10,000 square foot facilities to multi-regional 3,500,000 square foot property portfolios. The facilities we service include but are not limited to government buildings, labs, bio-tech facilities, clean-rooms, court buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical buildings, landmark facilities, hospitals, industrial facilities, class A office buildings, academic institutions, retail chains, department stores, shopping centers and malls.
